Lead Creative Designer, The Steel Network, Inc, Durham, NC 2006 - Present

  • Planned, developed, and coordinated website design and maintenance, and the production of marketing materials including magazine and online ads, catalogs, posters, tradeshow booths, logo design, and software.
  • Managed projects between the graphics division based in Cairo, Egypt with the head office in Durham, North Carolina.

I also collaborate with the Producers and Leads to develop company processes where appropriate, and continually offer feedback on the quality of work in various points in the development cycle and serve as change agent when necessary.  I have experience working with a broad range of high-end 2D and 3D third-party content creation tools, which I use to lead and inspire a diverse team of creatives.
